Return Policy will gladly accept returns on all unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

To qualify you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Simply send us a request via email at or call customer service at (415) 970-1967. Tell us which items you wish to return. When we approve your request we will notify you via email or phone and you will be issued a RAM number. Then you may send us the unopened, unused merchandise, along with your RAM number. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will promptly credit the original credit card used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend to use a trackable and insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.

If you are returning a gift, we will issue a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or we will issue a store credit to the gift recipient. Clearance and sale items are considered final sales and can not be returned.

Customer is responsible to provide a correct shipping address. If a wrong address is provided, we won't provide any refunds or reshipments.
